“Can this NS-D310NA21 = 19" play a video from a flash drive that I plug into the USB? I'm told the TV has to be a smart TV in order to do that. This is not a smart TV.”

• No it will not play video's from a USB or external drive. It does seem to recognize photos and will display them fine.
