This TV includes an IR remote and you could try to program your Universal Remote.

Insignia remote, will be needed for setup, and resetting in the future. Most universal remotes, come with various device codes, most include Insignia TV as a choice, most universal remotes have limited functionality for TV, on/off, volume up down, not much more. We have DISH satellite service and the DISH remote does function for on/off, volume up down and no other functions of TV.
