• No, it is not. But it has a slot for blutooth key in the back of the screen. We have added one (a $8 one from Amazon) so that my husband can watch tv with his blutooth headphones when I need to sleep without noise. Hope this helps.

• No, this is not a Smart TV. You can hook up an Apple TV box into one of the HDMI inputs on the TV.
