Try connecting it to a known working source, like a PC, DVD/Blue Ray player, video game player, and try using different cables. This will let you know whether it is the connector, cable, or source.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know exactly what happened to yours, but my Insignia NS-19D310NA19 completely lost its picture yesterday. Now I have sound but no picture at all. This means that the LED back-light display failed. Less than one month after the Insignia warranty expired. Maybe yours is failing too. It's a pity because I really like the TV, and thought it would last longer than just over one year. Unfortunately, I did not buy an extended warranty. However, I still like the model well enough that I immediately bought the newer version Insignia NS-19D310NA21 yesterday. I just hope it will last longer than the first one.
