- Answer I haven't been able to find one, and the remote that came with it is absolute crap. I was able to program my Logitech Universal to control the device somewhat but not all features.

- Answer Contact Best Buy or try searching for an Insignia support. webpage. There are also a couple of companies known for selling replacement remotes for assorted electronics, but I don't think I am allowed to place links in these answers that are not Best Buy-related, so you will have to Google something like "replacement remotes for Insignia NS-HSB318".
