“I have just bought and hooked up these speakers, but no matter what I do the LEDs will NOT turn on (yes, I've messed with the button multiple ways...). How do I get them to work? Or did I get a faulty pair?”

• I would definitely exchange them, mine came on right away! It is worth it to swap them out, you will love them!

• The button to change colors is on the back of one of the smaller speakers, not the base box
