• I can only hear my subwoofer in I literally put my head next to it. Is this common?

• Press the Bass button on the remote, then press the volume buttons on the remote to adjust the subwoofer volume and press the Bass button again when finished.

• I found the subwoofer isnt very loud. For best sound make sure you have the soundbar volume all the way up and just use the tv remote to control the volume up or down.
