“I just purchased a insignia NS-SBAR21F20, sound bar sounds great but I get no audio out of the subwolfer.. I tried repairing and I do get a solid light on the sub but no sound. Any suggestions?”

We had the same issue, after ensuring everything is connected and paired, hit the BASS button on the remote and turn volume up until the subwoofer is at your preferred level.

From one Martinez to another bro I had the same issue. Has to do with the settings there is a way to turn up the volume on the sub I just forgot how to do it lol sorry wish I could help more.
