I thought I had this same problem but it turns out I had pressed the news button and it caps the bass. Maybe try pressing the normal or theatre button and it should fix.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine works great. I had to read the manual a few times to finally make it work. Now has great sound. Make sure you pair it with soundbar(green light) soundbar should display TV, use soundbar remote to adjust number volume, and your regular tv or cable remote to finalize total sound performance. Sometimes the pairing can be bump off due to blackouts, or guest(accidentally hit wrong button). Just read the manuals(2 recd’ 1 for easy set, or 2 detailed setup) see which works for you.
