“Sound bar comes on but subwoofer will not play even after pairing. Sound only comes out the sound bar is there anyway to fix this or is product malfunctioning”

• Try this, press the Bass button on the remote, then press the volume buttons on the remote to adjust the subwoofer volume and press the Bass button again when finished.

• Select the "bass" button on the remote then turn up the volume ring. There is no visual prompt to see the volume of the bass so put you ear next to it and you should here it's working.

• Sounds like it’s malfunctioning. It should pair automatically by blue tooth.

• Make sure you turn up the bass. Ours behaved the exact same way until we figured out how to turn that up. It comes turned all the way down. We love ours now that we figured that out
