“Sound bar comes on but subwoofer will not play even after pairing. Sound only comes out the sound bar is there anyway to fix this or is product malfunctioning”

Try this, press the Bass button on the remote, then press the volume buttons on the remote to adjust the subwoofer volume and press the Bass button again when finished.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you turn up the bass. Ours behaved the exact same way until we figured out how to turn that up. It comes turned all the way down. We love ours now that we figured that out
