The soundbar itself isn't wireless. Any tv will connect to it with rca style audio cables (red and white) which are included, or and optical audio cable which is not but will provide better sound quality. The subwoofer pairs the the soundbar wirelessly via Bluetooth, and you can also play music to the system with a Bluetooth device like a smartphone. Hope this helps!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This has 3 possible connections: coaxial (red/white) jacks; AUX jack to coax (headphone jack) and optical Toslink (cable not included). If your Toshiba TV’s output jacks has the red/white connectors, optical jack and a headphone jack then yes. Subwoofer sound is non-existent. Only recommend it for small rooms.
