Please try again later.try these steps same thing happened to me 1) disconnect blue tooth from cell phones and turn off blue tooth on the bar 2) leave optical link in 3) if you have samsung or roku go to settings look for speaker and change to optical link 4) turn soundbar on then hit power on the soundbar remote you should see a green light meaning its connected. 5) scroll thru channels should work
