“My subwoofer will not sync with my soundbar. I tried a trouble shooting with no luck. Can I reset the soundbar? What else can I do beside return the item?”

I would try unplugging the subwoofer, re-read the sync instructions and try again. When setting my sound bar up I wasn’t sure my subwoofer was working either, but with an active soundtrack playing, I put my hand on the exposed speaker in the rear of the unit and could feel it vibrating, confirmation that it was working.
