I have to return this item, but with everything that is going on, I am unsure how to proceed with that. Also feel I was sold an open box item at a boxed price. The power cord to the subwoofer is missing; I also called the manufacturer to get one and they said to return it. And also Mc the batteries were already in the remote and the box itself was not sealed. I am Unhappy with the sound the bar produced and I immediately became uninterested in EVERYTHING I’m related to this product. How do you advise I proceed in returning this product that I purchased online?
