“My speaker won’t stay on it pairs fine with the subwoofer but the light on the middle of the speak will go from white which means on to red which means off every time ... it only last like 3 seconds on I already unplug and plug back on after 20min”

Check to see if your extension cord has a “power surge” button on it. (If you’re using one that is) also there is a source button the right side of the bar itself. Make sure it’s on the blue setting which I assume is for Bluetooth. This problem occurred with me several times and that’s what I did to fix it. Hope this helps!
