“My speaker is plugged into the rca jack on the tv and still has no sound. I can connect with Bluetooth device (my phone) no problems sounds amazing but will not work with tv. Can you help??”

You most likely have to adjust your audio output in the TV settings from "TV speakers" to another option (use the TV remote). I had to set my TV to "PCM" under audio output, similar to the instructions. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For whatever reason the person that designed this sound bar there is no audio outs it's only audio ends but what I found was you could only use the optical for the TV not the RCA.
