“How do I adjust the subwoofer volume? Insignia replies with press the bass button then use the volume button, but that doesn't work. If I can't adjust it, I'm returning it.”

• We have a bass button on the remote and can adjust the subwoofer volume that way. I don’t know why yours doesn’t work. Change the batteries in the remote and see if that’s the issue.
