“Soundbar and subwoofer are on and connected but the subwoofer is not working”

• Move the subwoofer closer to the soundbar. To adjust the volume on the Subwoofer press the Bass button on the remote, then press the volume buttons on the remote to adjust the subwoofer volume and press the Bass button again when finished.

• Turn down the volume on the sound bar, turn up the volume on the tv and subwoofer and adjust volume of sound bar for the main sound of the show or movie
