Sometimes you must hit the pair button on the subwoofer in order for it to pair to the sound bar it's very rarely that that happens but you still have that option to refresh as you would say the connection. So there is a button on the back of the sound bar are not sound bar subwoofer I'm sorry you press it and hold it for about 3 seconds and it'll start flashing rapidly blue and that it means that it's in pairing mode
