“The sound does not sync up with the tv (sound is delayed to lips on tv video) what are the settings to correct this? I have to keep switching it on and off every 4 minutes to resync.”

Please return for another one you may have got one with a defect because I done purchase 3 also bought the warranty as well it’s a sound bar for the price you pay

Your best bet would be to use a optical digital sound cable it should clear up the syncing issue.

YOU CAN GO TO TV REMOME; GO TO SOUND MOVE BAR SLIGHTLY THEN CHECK TALK .I HAD TO MOVE MINE UP TO 2
