Try to move the subwoofer closer to the soundbar.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey, I had a similar issue but with the sound bar. The sound kept going in and out like every 2 to 3 seconds. I took it to geek squad and exchanged it for another one. If you have a protection plan, you should take it to geek squad and see if they can fix it. Or since the subwoofer is bluetooth, it might be because it is behind the sofa that you keep losing connection. You might want to place it in another spot where there is no object interfering with the signal. I recommend placing it a little closer to the sound bar. Hope this helps.
