“Subwoofer cuts out randomly during music It usually happens right after a flat moment in a song then the bass is delayed by a second coming back on. I never unplug the subwoofer so its always on even when the soundbar is off, could this be causing it or do i have a defective unit.”

Seems to be a problem with this product. It cannot handle any volume level other than Grandma low. Turn it up & the Sub cuts off & on over & over. This is why I returned mine!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem. I noticed that if I readjust the bass using the remote, it will come back until the next bass cut off point, then I have to readjust it again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because the subwoofer is a wireless connection, it might be that you have it located too far away from the sound bar. Otherwise, it's possible you have a defective unit.
