“My sub woofer powers up but it does not pair with the sound bar ? So no sub sound”

• If the blue light is constant and not flashing on the back of the sub, then it’s paired. I just purchased this sound bar system, and out of the box my sub is paired to the sound bar, but doesn’t work. Looks like this could be an issue with this sound bar
