• It depends on your TV. I have an option in my TV settings to disable the internal speakers.

• It will come from both, but you will get better sound quality with the TV volume off.

• Just the sound bar. Some tv's let you change that though in the tv's sound settings.

• The sound bar has a menu that enables you to pick which output you want. It will not do both TV and sound bar, but I don't see why you would want to. The sound bar provides enough audio for my large living room, and the wireless sub is very convenient to place anywhere.
