“The sound bar works fine sounds good with or without Bluetooth But sub woofer does not come on with it . It is plugged in and has power. I know how to operate the remote. It was working fine just a few days ago It’s not pairing up with the sound bar .”

1st time it worked instantly but power outage unpaired them, took me 3 or 4 times to reset them you need to repair it with button in back of sub ,should reset it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would first recommend that you turn off all other Bluetooth devices to allow the sync. This could also hello you identify the device that could be interfering between the connection. If that doesn't work then I hope you got the warranty with it cause trust me you'll have needed it to replace the system.
