“Having trouble turning on Sub”

• Does the sub have a blue light that comes on when you plug it in? If its a solid blue light then it is connecting and you might need to just turn up the sub level using the remote. If it is flashing then it is not connecting and I would try to get a replacement. No blue light at all i would take it back for a replacement as well.

• Stupid answer: Is it plugged in? Are you using the sound bar remote to adjust it? Need more info
