QuestionI purchase this sound bar last week. The only problem I have is with the subwoofer. The light only comes on when I turn on the tv. When I turn off the tv it’s off. When I turn on the sound bar the subwoofer light doesn’t come on. Why is that?

QuestionWhen I plug in the optical cable the green light to say it is on the optical source just continues to blink green? It worked the first time but then when I turned it back on, it just continually blinks green and no sound?

QuestionMy soundbar will disconnect while watching tv randomly and you have to physically go up and press buttons on the side until it goes blue again and connects. Any suggestions to keeping it on?

QuestionMy unit works well with Bluetooth but just gives static when connected to Aux output of my insignia TV thru the provided adapter. I don’t have optical option on TV. I am using RCA mode and tv sound settings is set to PCM. Anything I am not doing right?

- Answer I had the same issue also on an insiginia TV. Turns out that the cables weren't plugged in all the way. Double check all the cables.

QuestionThe sound is breaking up and dropouts of 1-2 seconds when playing TV, switching between channels. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips in the provided User Guide, but it doesn't help. Any idea? Thank you.
