Try shutting down your phone and powering it back on and see if that works. Make sure soundbar is set on Bluetooth when you power off phone. It should appear in your Bluetooth when it boots back up and connect to it. Maybe this will help.
A:Answerthe remote has a bluetooth signal after u power it on via remote the bluetooth pair button (bluethooth symbol button) just press it to activate it again if its not picking up signal . look at ur device you are pairing it to and it should pop up. ur device should be in the bluetooth mode or finction menu to search for the signal in order to pair with the device to the soundbar
A:AnswerThere is not an audio output on this soundbar. The other insignia soundbar I’ve noticed has a sub out. Perhabps running two connections from your source will be a solution for you.
A:AnswerDoes the sub have a blue light that comes on when you plug it in? If its a solid blue light then it is connecting and you might need to just turn up the sub level using the remote. If it is flashing then it is not connecting and I would try to get a replacement. No blue light at all i would take it back for a replacement as well.
