- Answer Soundbar has an adapter that plugs into wall outlet type receptacle and the subwoofer has its own corded plug that needs a wall outlet type receptacle too.

QuestionBlue flashing light on subwooferIs it normal for the subwoofer light to flash blue when the soundbar is off? The system works fine otherwise, it's just annoying.

- Answer It is normal and yes very bright and very annoying i recommend facing it against the wall or electrical tape over the LED makes life better

QuestionHow do I pair my NS-SB515 wireless sub-woofer. I tried several times and still the woofer not paired. The link light constantly blinking and still no result. The 2.1 Channel Soundbar Bluetooth is on, and still no result.

QuestionSoundbar keeps turning off when the TV is turned off. Any way we can force it to stay on indefinitely? It's connected via optical cable. We use the cable box remote and got it working for the soundbar volume buttons.

- Answer I bought the Insignia mini 2.0 sound bar to play music for my Dog when I'm at work VIA USB stick on the back. I quickly discovered this was not going to work. This is a stupid feature. It will be returned!!!!!!!
