“the NS-PC25HDE that was purchased when this was attached to the computer the indicator light keeps on blinking is this normal? Insignia™ - 2.5" SATA to USB-C HDD Enclosure is suppose to blink or this just suppose to be solid blue to show that this is on.”

In my experience it blinks, but I've only had it for a few weeks.
