“I am upgrading my MacBook Pro with a new SSD. My hard drive is split and has Macintosh OS High Sierra and Windows 7 Professional in BootCamp. Wil this clone the new hard drive so that it will boot from the Macintosh side and boot from the Windows 7 side”

It's just a harddrive bay, it doesn't have cloning hardware. You should still be able to clone using software though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will allow you to treat the hard drives docked like any other external HD, so if you can do that with a regular external HD, it should work with this. . .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The dock cannot clone a hard drive on its own. You need extra software for that. But it will allow you to view both the old hard drive and the new hard drive on the same time on a computer, and then use your cloning software of choice to clone old o to new.
