I have had mine for a while now and I leave it running all the time. So far no issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The dock will be fine. The question should be can your disk drives handle being on and running constantly. The only ones I know that can are the “red” Western Digital drives which were made for network servers.

Please try again later.The Drive Docking Station has a power switch and is connected by a USB3 cable, so go to your task bar and click on "show hidden icons" down by the wifi and volume control, and like any thumb drive or flash card, select eject the appropriate drive/s. Once you eject the drives, you can shut off the power to the Drive Docking Station.

However, I would be worried about the Hard Drives running on it all the time, you would reduce their lifetime greatly. We are always here to help you and thanks for your loyalty.
