“For some reason my SSDs are not showing up on the hard drive desktop and I have tried rebooting etc. Any suggestions.”

• Make sure the hard drive is well seated. Check the power button on the docking station. Place the docking station's USB cable in another USB slot on your computer. If you have many USB devices connected, disconnect one or more of those devices then reconnect the docking station's USB cable.
