“This reader went from working fine to not powering on out of nowhere. I plug it into the outlet, and the reader does not show a blue light, nor does it show a drive when plugged into the computer. Is it broken, or is there something I am doing wrong?”

if under warranty I would have them return to the store for an exchange. If it isn't under warranty please let me know
