I've cleaned some unsightly gunk off of many screens in my day... up to and including dried oatmeal. Gotta say nicotine is a first for me. Can't say yes or no honestly on this one, but as an alchol free liquid, I gotta say its a pretty good solvent solution. Give it a shot. If it doesn’t work youve got 15 days to return it.
