I'm not sure you can do it with just one item. You would need to convert your digital audio out to RCA, and then the RCA to regular speaker wire. Best Buy has this to convert from digital audio to RCA... Insignia™ - Optical/Coaxial Digital-to-Analog Audio Converter And they have this to convert from RCA to speaker wire... KICKER - Speaker wire-to-RCA Converter However, it does not state how long the speaker wires are so no telling how far from the TV the speakers can be placed without having to connect additional speaker wire. If you need them further apart, you could also go with a spool of speaker wire and two speaker wire-to-RCA terminal connectors, such as the Haokiang 2-Pack Speaker Phono RCA Male to 2 Screw Terminal Female - these items can be found online.
