• No. you need bare wires to the speakers

• Nope, just cut and strip your wires and hard wire them with the twist nuts. Better connection in the long run.

• No. RCA jacks normally don't amplify the sound. You normally need amplified speakers with there own power to use with an RCA jack. There are not.

• There are no RCA connections for this speaker. There are only normal speaker wire connections.
