- Answer that means the freezer is melting in the freezer then working again and freezes the water These are junk Get rid of before you get sick Make Best Buy replace good luck they wouldn't install a new one just delivered to our front steps

QuestionI don't think this unit is truly garage ready. We have it in our garage, and during the Feb 2021 Winter storm of Texas our freezer ran up to the same temperature as the fridge (40F). I've lost some food reserves because of this!

- Answer This fridge is terrible. Less than a year of ownership and both nobs in the freezer door have broken because the interior is made of the cheapest plastic available and not to mention, the continuous moaning and groaning, the fridge sounds like a dying dog and it's absolutely disturbing. Don't waste your money on any Insignia product, ever. Even if it's free like mine was

QuestionI received my fridge last week and the first 4 days the temperature set at 3 was perfect.... Now When I have my number set at 3 it doesn't get cold enough. So I have to have it set to 4 and that seems ok. But that's the next to highest setting.

- Answer We have had the opposite problem We had the fridge set at 3 for the first month or 2 and realized that drinks were starting to freeze so we now have it set at 2 and it running fine. Not sure why some have a cooling problem. Maybe the door is not closing properly.
