“Is this TV DIGITAL (vs ANALOG - that would require a Converter Box)? I bought this for someone & they are having trouble hooking it up to cable etc ("No Signal") I'm being told the problem (maybe) is because the TV is ANALOG - Which I find hard to believe”

I have it hooked up to a little comcast box (not the primary receiver), no issues. I believe when you first plug it in you have a choice of input and if you select the wrong type you'll get the message your friend did.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a Digital TV, it has a built-in tuner that requires an Antenna. If you want to watch Cable TV, for best video quality hook up a Cable Box into one of the HDMI inputs on the TV.
