You need to go to your menu, video settings, possibly having to press advanced settings, and turn Overscan off, if this does not fix your issue check that your aspect ratio is set to normal or wide, as others cut/crop the image; additionally if you're still having this issue, you may need to provide clearer details to your problem.

Please try again later.Try using the Aspect button on the Insignia remote to change to Normal, which should be compatible with full screen as long as the TV is on the HDMI input and the U-verse box is set up for HD output, and is tuned to an HD channel showing an HD program. Some programs still may not be full screen if they aren't being broadcast that way, and there are still channels that are SD only which won't be widescreen. Hope that helps!
