I got the 22" model so it fits easily on a table (small footprint); check dimensions for other sizes. They come with easily attachable legs. It also has 2 HDMI ports as well as a cable (coax) input, component input, and usb port, so you should easily be able to hook up a dvd or Blue-ray player. I got this for viewing SD cards from a game camera--I used a SD card reader (purchased separately) and plug the usb plug into the back of the TV. Works fast and also does slideshow of images. Really nice TV. I highly recommend.
