“Planning on placing tv on table in kitchen which is a wall attached table. The kitchen table is 23 1/2 wide, would the legs extend too close to table edge? I will probably turn tv at an angle for a better view, would this give me a little more space?”

See specs: Width is 20" so your 23 1/2 inch table is wide enough. The TV legs need 7.1" so your table needs to be at least 7.1 inches deep. Angling the TV will require more space, but you will need to experiment with different angles.
