• Yes an antenna works well with this TV, it has a good tuner I get any channels I should given the antenna I am using.

• Yes, you can connect an outdoor antenna and you can call customer service everyday from 8am to 9pm CT.

• Works with outdoor antenna. Channel scanning and other setup comes up in onscreen step by step prompts. As always reception varies by location.
