“I am using this TV as a PC monitor. This is the 1st time for me. I cannot figure out why, when the PC goes to sleep, I get a 'No Input" message that moves around the screen, instead of the Tv/monitor going into sleep mode like a PC monitor does.”

This is normal behavior for a TV to show a message if there is no signal. This isn't a computer monitor, the TV doesn't have an auto sleep mode.
