• An Apple IIE is a computer Apple built in 1985. So, it’s doubtful. However, if you mean an Apple TV 2nd Generation, then yes.

• Highly unlikely, though not impossible with the right adapter. It only has HDMI or USB ports. Plus, the aspect ratio would stretch your Apple IIE images horizontally because those screens were around 4:3 and this one is around 16:9. But, if you look online you can find refurbished 4:3 monitors that could be used that are not too expensive. Or, find a used TV on Craigslist, etc.
