• It does have RGB connections if your VCR has those..... but does not play blu-ray.

• It probably won't play Blu-ray dvds - need a blue-ray dvd for that. If your vcr has a hdmi input there shouldn't be a problem attaching it.

• No, this TV will not play Blu-rays. You can hook a VCR to it.
