• You can download any of the usual FireTv apps, so should be able to for MSNBC. To watch MSNBC fully on FireTv you would have to log onto your cable or satellite or similar plan that has MSNBC through the app. Otherwise you get replays or snippets of programming and timed out live streaming. But that is the same with any streaming device or TV.
