- Answer You can download just about any of the popular apps into this HDTV. I downloaded (all free of course other then cost to subscribe to the service if needed), Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, STARZ, Paramount+, plus other apps as well. Every one of them works perfectly with no glitches! You can delete apps at any time as well as rearrange the apps in the order your prefer for the display. Just about every current popular app is there to choose from and download. Insignia does a great job being sure all of the apps are there to choose from as well as new apps that come along. Suffice to say, it is not about what the TV comes loaded with since you have the option of down"loading" whatever apps you prefer. Also, Insignia does a superb job of keeping apps updated as well as monitoring bugs for app versions and resolving fairly quickly with a newer version.

QuestionI am a Spectrum cable customer. Does this come with the Spectrum app, or will I have to download it to the tv?

- Answer You cannot download the Spectrum app. Spectrum will not work on this tv if you plan on using it as a smart tv. I called the manufacturer and Spectrum. The only way I could get Spectrum was to use Roku.

QuestionWill this tv work as a monitor with a desktop pc?

- Answer Yes and no. Will it display the signal sent from your PC?, yes. Will the resolution be as sharp as it would be on a computer monitor?, no. Even though the TV is a 1080p HD TV, it is still a television, and not a computer monitor. It'll show what the video card transmits, but it'll be blurry or fuzzy, and text will be difficult to read. There are computer monitors available at plenty of retailers (including Best Buy) that have 24" size (same as this TV) for about the same price, if not cheaper.

- Answer Hi there! Unfortunately, the Insignia™ 24" Class F20 Series LED Full HD Smart Fire TV does not currently support switching between favorite antenna channels using the remote control alone. While you can mark channels as favorites in the Live TV section, there isn’t a built-in feature that allows you to jump directly from one favorite to another using a dedicated button or shortcut on the remote—without using Alexa voice commands. To navigate channels manually, you’ll need to use the channel up/down buttons on the remote, which will cycle through all available channels, not just your favorites.
