  • QuestionI have a TV already set up with fire stick connected. If I buy this TV will I have to download all apps and re set all my programs I currently dvr?

    Asked by run19.

    • Answer If you purchase the Insignia™ 24" Class F20 Series LED Full HD Smart Fire TV, you will need to download your apps again on the new TV. However, since this TV has built-in Fire TV functionality, you can sign in with your existing Amazon account, and your apps and settings should sync automatically. Regarding your DVR programs, if you are using a Fire TV Recast or another DVR service linked to your Amazon account, your recordings should be accessible once you sign in on the new TV. If your DVR is a separate device, you will need to connect it to the new TV to access your recorded programs. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!

  • QuestionHello I have an office where we need to have about tvs. (1 in each room) Would I be able to stream in all rooms off of any service or will this be an issue?

    Asked by LSPUC.

    • Answer Yes, you can stream in all rooms using the Insignia™ 24" Class F20 Series LED Full HD Smart Fire TV. Each TV has built-in Fire TV functionality, allowing you to access various streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and more. To ensure smooth streaming in multiple rooms, consider the following: 1. Internet Connection: Make sure your office has a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection. Streaming multiple TVs simultaneously can require significant bandwidth. 2. Streaming Accounts: Verify that your streaming service subscriptions support multiple devices. Most services allow streaming on several devices at once, but it's good to check your plan's limitations. 3. Network Setup: If you experience any buffering or connectivity issues, you might need to upgrade your router or consider using a mesh Wi-Fi system to ensure consistent coverage throughout the office. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!

  • QuestionDoes the 24” have to be mounted on a stud? And, how much does this tv weigh?

    Asked by Linda.

    • Answer The Insignia 24" Class F20 Series LED Full HD Smart Fire TV weighs approximately 6.1 pounds without the stand. Regarding mounting, it's generally recommended to mount TVs on studs for better stability and support, especially for larger or heavier models. However, since this TV is relatively light, you might be able to use wall anchors if studs are not available. Just ensure the wall mount you choose is rated for the TV's weight and VESA pattern (100 mm x 100 mm). If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. • Questionhow does the up and down channel selector on the remote control work. do the channels show up on the screen. I am use to the old style that had a number pad on the remote. You manual does not tell you much.

    Asked by Help.
