“When used as laptop monitor screen is too wide and there is no way to setup right, neither in the TV or PC. A Firestick has the Calibrate Screen mode (only solution for the problem), will it work with the TV once plugged?”

The panel resolution is 1366 × 768. While watching Live TV, long press the Home button and select Display to adjust the Picture Size / Aspect Ratio.
